SAFETY MEASURES

The safer the employees feel in an environment, the more productive the project is.

ON-SITE MEASURES

Appropriate safety measures are counted as performance indicators for companies in this day and age. Studies have shown a clear link between a company’s performance and its healthy safety measures. The safer the employees and the client feel in an environment, the more productive the project is.
S.G Engineers adopt several safety measures that meet impeccable standards of quality. On the job, we provide hard helmets to all our workers, construction workers and management alike. Our safety engineers inspect the site in all aspects before work commences. Despite the safety measures if there is an unforeseen mishap, we have a readily available well equipped first aid box. We also make it a point to provide all our employees with medical insurance facility so that they are always in good hands. In addition to this, we also collaborate with hospitals close to the site area so that medical help is promptly available, in case of emergency.

TRAINING

Providing a safe haven for our employees and medical aids, is not sufficient if they not trained for it. Upon joining, all our employees undergo a vigorous training program. Before any employee is assigned the responsibility of a machine or a tool, he/she undergoes training to use it. All machine operators are provided manuals which instruct them to use a particular machine or how to maintain the same. Employees are also given on the job training, wherein, they are taught how to use the protective gear and the correct manner of wearing them. Additionally, we also give our employees and even contractual workers training on how to use a first aid box.

MACHINERY SAFEGUARDS

Safety guards are installed in all our machines to avoid employees getting hurt accidentally. We pride ourselves in owning the latest machinery with the latest technology. We do not rest on our laurels and keep upgrading our machinery, while also taking measures to maintain them regularly.
